NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids addressed to the Honorable Mayor and City Council will be received at the Nolanville City Hall; 101 North 5th Street; Nolanville, Texas 76559 until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 for the construction of 2026 Street Improvements in the City of Nolanville, Texas. The bids shall be labeled:

The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
Construction of approximately: Rehabilitation of North Drive and a portion of 4th Street. Includes cement stabilization and asphalt overlay, replacement of damaged curb, striping, traffic control, erosion control, etc. There is also an alternate pavement section consisting of removal of existing asphalt/base material, installation of geogrid, base material, and asphalt overlay.
Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Nolanville, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract.
The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the meeting room in City Hall at
10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The City Council will officially review the bids at their next regularly scheduled meeting and award the contract as soon thereafter as practical.
The City of Nolanville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received. The City of Nolanville also reserves the right to award the Contract as may be advantageous to the City.
The City of Nolanville also reserves the right to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted. The City also has the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary. Low bidder shall be established by the sum of the combination of parts chosen by the City.
Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning
Monday, August 3, 2026 at the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates LP; 11 S. 2nd Street, Temple, Texas; (254) 773-3731 for a non-refundable fee of $ 100.00 per set. Checks shall be made payable to Kasberg, Patrick & Associates LP. Bidding documents may also be downloaded at no charge via www.civcastusa.com.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at the Nolanville City Hall;
101 North 5th Street; Nolanville, Texas at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
