Planning & Development Administrator

The City of Nolanville is seeking a motivated and customer-service-oriented professional to serve as our Planning & Development Administrator.

This position assists residents, contractors, developers, and business owners with permits, inspections, zoning questions, and development-related inquiries. The successful candidate will research city ordinances, coordinate inspections, maintain permit records, and support Planning & Zoning Commission activities. This position will work closely with the city’s Public Works Director.

Starting Salary: Depending on Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to interpret ordinances and regulations
  • Valid Texas Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Municipal government experience
  • Permit Technician or Planning experience
  • ICC Permit Technician Certification
