NOLANVILLE, Texas (November 7, 2024) - The City of Nolanville is proud to announce the appointment of Teresa Chandler as City Manager, effective November 7, 2024. Chandler has been serving as Interim City Manager since April 2024, following the departure of Kara Escajeda, who led Nolanville with dedication for nine years.
Chandler, who previously held the position of City Secretary, joined the Nolanville team in 2022. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to public service, she has played an essential role in city operations, earning the respect of colleagues and community members alike. As Interim City Manager, she successfully maintained the momentum of key initiatives, overseeing city operations with dedication and a clear vision for the future.
“I am honored and excited to officially step into the role of City Manager for Nolanville,” said Chandler. “I look forward to building upon the incredible work of my predecessors, working closely with our dedicated city staff, elected officials, and our wonderful community. Together, we’ll continue to make Nolanville an even better place to live, work, and thrive.”
