WBW Development, a developer based in Georgetown, is pushing ahead with plans for a 63.21-acre expansion in Nolanville, strategically located near the Wildwood development area. The next step in WBW's vision involves presenting their expansion proposal to the Nolanville Planning & Zoning committee during the upcoming Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 6:00 p.m. on April 11, 2024 and City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on April 18, 2024 at the Nolanville Municipal Building, 101 North 5th Street, Nolanville, Texas.
The proposed Planned Development District (PDD) by WBW aims to introduce a residential community that fosters inclusivity, with a focus on providing opportunities for single family homes that offer a diverse range of lot sizes, with a minimum lot width set at 50 feet.
Recognizing the significance of green spaces in urban environments, WBW's plans also include a dedication to parkland that surpasses the City's mandated requirements.
Notably, WBW has already completed the construction of Liberty Springs, a vibrant residential neighborhood nestled within Nolanville, spanning 19 acres, and featuring 80 residential lots.
