Francis, the traveling City Elf, is back for his third year and is ready to tour the community and visit the homes of his elf friends who are visiting from the North Pole.

Francis, the traveling Elf, was created as a fun hide-and-seek elf for the community to find throughout the City, but after a fun and simple request from a local family, it turned into so much more.

A Nolanville Tradition Continues: Letters to Santa
The Nolanville Police Department Santa's Mailbox will be out at Nolanville City Hall (101 N 5th Street) Starting the day after Thanksgiving, November 24th, 2023.
The Mailbox will be open to all Nolanville residents under the age of 12 to write letters to be personally delivered to Santa.
The box will be located outside City Hall from 11/24-12/13 so be sure to get your letters in on time!
As most of you know, those who write letters often get a special visit from Nolanville PD, City Staff & the Nolanville Fire Department, on one night in December. While the requests in the letters can't always be fulfilled, we try to ensure that every child gets a toy to make their holiday season special!
The date of the delivery parade will be announced closer to Dec. 13th.
Finally, Year after year, many residents graciously request to help with donations for the kiddos who write letters. If you wish to do that, please send us a message here or email Jennifer at Jshidler@nolanvilletx.gov or contact City Hall at 254-698-6335 for more details.
The Nolanville PD & FD will always accept donations of toys, gift bags to help us package the toys up for delivery & small stuffed animals for the Grinch to hand out to the kids who come outside during the delivery night parade!
Thank you for everyone who makes this event such a special one every year for our community members!
