Public hearings will be held at the
City of Nolanville to consider a request for a Planned Development from
WBW Development on the following dates and locations:
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at 6:00 p.m. on February 8, 2024 at
the SMART Museum, 408 North 10th Street, Nolanville, Texas.
City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. on February 15, 2024 at the Nolanville Municipal Building, 101 North 5th Street, Nolanville, Texas.
Comments will be considered regarding the possible approval of a zoning
map amendment requesting a Planned Development District for
approximately 64 acres of land previously zoned R-1, Residential
Single-Family District (Property ID# 24584) to provide mixed use
residential. The property is located east of the west of the Wildwood
Subdivision Phases I-IV. Comments regarding the proposed zoning
