Boil Water Advisories FAQs
If your local water district authorities issue a boil water advisory, you should use bottled water or boil tap water because your community’s water is, or could be, contaminated with germs that can make you sick.
Advisories may include information about preparing food, beverages, or ice; dishwashing; and hygiene, such as brushing teeth and bathing.
The City of Nolanville is served by three Water Districts. The majority of residents are serviced by WCID #3. Some Residents on the Southwest Side may receive their water supply from Dogwood Water Supply. The Northern boundaries of the City are serviced by 439 Water Supply Company.

Districts have their own alert systems that you must register for in advance.
After putting in your address into the link below, a calendar will populate with their service days. Above the calendar are the options to set a reminder via text, phone call, or email and the option to download a calendar.
Also, as a rule, the only time, the service day will slide one day, is when their regular service day falls on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT
The City contracts with Texas Disposal Systems. Trash is part of your WCID #3 Water Bill. If your water provider is other than WCID #3, you receive a bill separately.
